Chadwick Ellington Is the Director of the NOVA ACADEMY. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science/History with a minor in English. Mr. Ellington is a veteran of The United States Marine Corps and has taught and coached High school for 12 years. In his career, Mr. Ellington has taught American LIterature, US History, Civics/Economics, World History, World Geography, Physical Education, Advanced P.E. and Health. The diversity of subjects taught has given him a more complex world view of teaching and the wide range of student learning needs. Throughout his career, Mr. Ellington has served as a head Football, Basketball and Baseball Coach as well as mentoring and overseeing numerous school clubs and extracurricular activities. He and his wife Amy have three children, Jackson (9), Thomas (7) and Julia Lee(5)
