Hello! Welcome to Mr. Phillips' webpage! I am 9th grade Blue Comet Academy teacher that teaches both World History and Comet Connections.

In World History, we will be examining the development of human civilizations throughout the course time, beginning with Paleolithic Man and leading up to our current, post-industrialized world.

In Comet Connections, we will be utilizing a curriculum designed to not only prepare students for the difficult transition from Middle school to High School, but to also provide them with life skills to make them more productive citizens.

We will be following the North Carolina Standard Course of Study as our outline for World History Class.
