I am married to a teacher and we have three wonderful kids – Kate, Kenneth, and Julianna.
As I enter my ninth year as an administrator in Asheboro City Schools, I am excited about this transition to Asheboro High School. This school is a very special place for a lot of reasons. To go along with decades of tradition, Asheboro High School is an inclusive school, focused on the current and future success of each of its students. Through engaging lessons in the classroom, a wide variety of opportunities to be involved, and positive relationships with adults in the building who genuinely care, our Blue Comets are able to grow and develop their talents within a safe environment.
I can assure you that my daily mission is to lead Asheboro High School in such a way that it becomes one of the premier high schools in the state of North Carolina. Those of you who know me from Guy B. Teachey or from SAMS know that I will work tirelessly to this end. Asheboro High School’s graduation rate sits at 92%, but we plan to take it even higher in the coming years.
Come and see what we’re about and if you’d like to speak to me, I can be reached here most any day at 336-625-6185 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
