Congratulations to the AHS Swim Team

Please help us congratulate our AHS Swim Teams incredible performance in yesterday's NCHSAA 3A Regionals at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. They had several kids to qualify for states last night with Maci Columbia finishing 1st in the 100 breaststroke and 3rd in the 500 free. Tyler Smith qualified for states in the 50 free and 100 butterfly (finished 3rd in the fly). Our Men's relay team also qualified for states in the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, and the women's relay team qualified in the 200 free relay as well.

The NCHSAA 3A Swimming State Championships will be this Thursday Feb. 8th at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, NC.

Here Comes The Bus App

Asheboro City Schools is proud to announce the rollout of the app, Here Comes the Bus. This app will help parents and guardians stay connected to their children’s bus route information. 

Here Comes the Bus allows parents to easily view the location of their child’s bus in real-time. It also includes an interactive map that displays the route the bus is taking, as well as its estimated time of arrival. Alerts can be sent to parents when the bus is close to the stop and when it has arrived.
